We work on their behalf and in their name, never selling to end customers. With 5,000+ colleagues in 190+ countries, we install, repair and maintain IT hardware, manage device lifecycles and support data centers 24/7. At least 20% of profits go to our Direct Actions, Hemmersbach Rhino Force and Kids’ Family. Most colleagues are field technicians working on-site at customer locations or travelling, backed by dispatchers, service desk, logistics, project managers and corporate teams, united by a can-do attitude.
